Overview
The ZP1+ enhances the popular ZP1 design (available in models 30 and larger) with a recently patented repositioning of the static and dynamic O-rings. O-rings can be changed without disconnecting the pump from the piping system, giving easier maintenance and reduced downtime, while a secondary sleeve/spring assembly seals the pump if the rotors are removed for CIP. ZP1+ and ZP1 new-pump pricing is the same, and existing ZP1 pumps can be converted to a ZP1+ during remanufacture at no additional charge; note that fluid-end parts are not interchangeable between the two series.
