Sydex's brewery range brings together the pumps and mobile equipment that craft and micro breweries rely on day to day. The CB+ craft brew pump is developed specifically for micro brewing, letting brewmasters move beer gently and reliably. The DH45 hop induction system is a fully portable, ground-level unit that induces dry hops directly into the beer stream in a CO2-purged, oxygen-free environment - cutting hop use and fermenting time while improving flavour and aroma. For cellar work, the Ampco wine and must cart (fitted with a ZP1 positive-displacement pump and available in four sizes) and the lightweight cellar cart for beer and CIP give brewers flexible, mobile transfer. All are designed for hygienic operation and easy clean-in-place, serving the Food & Drink sector.
