SyQuick

SyQuick is a progressing cavity pump designed to be serviced in place. Its telescopic flange lets you replace the stator and rotor without removing the pump or disturbing the pipework. Ideal for tight installations where uptime matters, it cuts downtime and maintenance cost.

Overview

The SyQuick pump is designed for installations with limited space, offering quick and easy service. Its integrated system allows in-place replacement of the stator and rotor — there's no need to remove the pump from the installation. That cuts downtime and maintenance costs and improves productivity.

A telescopic flange enables in-situ removal of the stator and rotor via a special support. The pump tie-rods clamp the stator to the rotor, allowing the rotor to be extracted without disturbing the pipework.

Its defining benefit is on-site maintenance: the pump is serviced in place, which reduces downtime, and it needs less space than conventional pumps, saving on both service and installation. Detailed performance figures are available on request — please contact Sydex for the full specification. Typical applications include confined-space installations and plants where uptime is critical, as well as wastewater and general industry duties, making it well suited to General Industry and Wastewater Treatment.
