AL Series Pumps
All Ampco AL Series pumps include a stainless steel gear case, standard.
The AL Series is well suited for a variety of applications including food, dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical. AL pump viscosity ranges from 1 to 1,000,000 centipoise.
Self-priming capabilities up to 12 feet and flow rates up to 230 GPM make the AL a versatile, yet economical pump for a variety of processing applications.
AL Series rotary lobe pumps are an economical alternative to rotary piston pumps in certain applications. 3P PRINZ TWIN SCREW PUMP
3P Prinz (PERA-PRINZ®) positive displacement pumps consist of two pairs of non-contact screws provide a constant pulsation-free flow. they have a high suction capability combined with low NPSH requirements.

ZP1+ SERIES PUMP
Ampco Pumps continues to bring innovation to the sanitary pump market by enhancing the traditional design of the popular ZP1 pump with the ZP1+ (available in models 30 and larger).
This recently patented design changes the position of the static and dynamic O-rings. ZP1+ O-rings can be changed without disconnecting the pump from the piping system, providing easy maintenance and reduced downtime. The secondary sleeve/spring assembly will seal the pump if the rotors are removed for CIP processing.
In addition, ZP1 pumps can be converted to a ZP1+ design during the remanufacturing process at no additional charge. Consider the maintenance time savings and reduced downtime and this engineered advancement will pay for itself quickly.

ZP2 Series Pumps
Ampco’s ZP2 Series pumps have been designed with a larger shaft and cleaner rotor nuts than the ZP1 which makes the ZP2 CIP-able. The ZP2 is capable of withstanding pressures of up to 450 PSI and is 3A Certified.

ZP3 Series Pumps - Fully CIP-able
Ampco Pumps raises the bar with the introduction of the ZP3 Series of positive displacement pumps.
The recently patented front-loading seal design of the ZP3 offers a fully CIP-able pump without modifications or loss of efficiency. The front loading design allows the seal to be easily maintained or changed and the newly designed rotor case eliminates all dead zones.

The ZP3 Series is EHEDG Certified and in conformance with 3A sanitary standards and the ATEX directive.
In addition to being fully “clean in place”, the seal can be serviced without the need to remove the rotor body and piping. Also, the front loading nature of the seal eliminates the “dead zone’ in the shaft bore. Existing ZP2 pumps (and competitors’ pumps) can be upgraded to the ZP3 design with new rotors, new seals and re-machining the existing rotor case.
