We manufacture and supply hygienic pumps, specifically designed to satisfy the most rigorous testing requirements. These pumps are specially built to avoid product contamination and spoiling; free from stagnationa areas and offer CIP ports.
We are able to cater for highly concentrated viscous liquids, our hygienic models can work at slow speeds, and can be manufactured with various options to accommodate the need for large inlets, hoppers and augers to convey the liquid to the pump.
Shear Sensitive Liquids are suitable for use with our range. The progressing cavity pump principle is inherently 'low-shear', and there are no sudden changes in flow which would otherwise damage the product.
We manufacture all of the most important components of our progressing cavity pumps ourselves, thus enabling us to maintain total control over the quality of the final product.

Centrifugal pumps are most used for liquid applications where gentle product handling is required. Beverage, dairy and confectionary processing are all suited for a Ampco centrifugal pump. Our pumps are interchangeable with competing pumps for ease of replacement.

A fully portable unit that contains everything necessary for dry hop induction. The ROLEC DH utilizes Ampco’s SBI Shear Pump to simultaneously induce dry hop pellets directly into the stream of beer and recirculate a fermenter.
