E range
The highly versatile vertical E range pumps are also known as barrel emptying, Vertical Sump Pump or semi-submersible.
There are numerous applications particularly within the oil & gas, and chemical industry where high suction lifts [low NPSHa] are an issue. The pumps can be directly mounted inside a tank leaving the motor outside of any potentially hazardous and/or corrosive environments.
Other applications include food and beverage as barrel emptying pumps and the transfer of food liquids. Additionally E range pumps have been used as laboratory pumps for the dosing or transfer of chemicals and corrosive liquids.
All pumps can be provided with ATEX certification for hazardous areas.
Available in a wide range of materials, including cast iron, stainless steel 304 and 316 through to Duplex steel (SAF 2205 ) when required to suit highly corrosive and difficult applications such as high salinity laden liquids. Other materials including plastic are available upon request.
